History

Gazi University Invention Evaluation Commission was established in line with the 2017/39 numbered decision of the Gazi University Senate meeting dated 09.02.2017 and numbered 04. In accordance with Article 121 of the Industrial Property Law, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 10.01.2017 and numbered 29944, there are provisions binding universities regarding inventions made in higher education institutions. It was decided to establish an Invention Evaluation Commission in order to follow up the process regarding the evaluation of the inventions that emerged at Gazi University and deciding on the right ownership.
